Homebuyers Reports
A Homebuyer Survey & Valuation Report, also known as a Homebuyer’s Report, is a survey done to a standard format set out by the RICS. The inspection takes approximately 2 hours and the report gives prospective purchasers information on:
- Each element of the property, in general terms
- Highlights areas of concern or areas for further investigation/repair
- Includes a Valuation
The information is provided in a simple and straightforward layout, easy to read and understand. It is based on a visual inspection of as much of the interior and exterior of the building as is safety accessible without undue difficulty and includes an inspection of roof voids, flat roofs, boundaries, drains etc, where able.
